ONE IMPORTANT PRACTICAL NOTE
Your birth time matters.
An accurate birth time is needed to calculate the Ascendant and Whole Sign house structure used throughout Sky Reader. Some learning remains possible without it, but your personal-chart experience is limited.
Birth-time rectification is not performed inside Sky Reader and is not included in tuition. If your time is uncertain, you can still learn the method, but personal house-based work will be limited until the time is clarified.

FIT + LEARNING
What if I am completely new to astrology?+
You are welcome. Week One begins slowly with signs, planets, elements and modalities, then the course builds layer by layer. You do not need to arrive fluent.
I have studied for years. Will this be too basic?+
The opening is deliberately foundational. Later weeks move into dignity, aspects, Time Lords, annual profections and Solar Returns. Experienced self-taught students often come for the hierarchy, synthesis and live practice rather than more disconnected techniques.
Do I need paid astrology software?+
No. Free chart tools are sufficient for the foundation, and Lori’s free tutorial shows you how to cast a Whole Sign chart.
What if I do not know my exact birth time?+
You can still learn the method, but an accurate birth time is needed for the Ascendant and Whole Sign house structure used in your personal-chart work. Rectification is not included in tuition. The birth-time section above links to independent resources if you need them.
Will Sky Reader make me a professional astrologer?+
No. Sky Reader is a serious foundation in chart literacy and predictive timing, not a professional certification or credential. It gives you a method you can keep practicing after the seven-week live season.
Is this a private reading with Lori?+
No. Lori teaches the method and uses selected charts and examples for the learning value of the room. Enrollment does not include a private reading, unlimited personal chart analysis or individual homework marking.
LIVE SEASON + CATCH-UP
Can I still join now that the live season has started?+
Yes, while enrollment remains open on this page. Start with the recorded orientation and available class replays in order, then join the remaining live rooms as you catch up. You receive the same curriculum and lifetime recording access.
What if I already missed orientation or a class?+
Begin with the orientation replay, then work through the available core-class replays in sequence. You do not need to be fully caught up before attending every remaining live room, but the sequence will make the teaching easier to follow.
What if I cannot attend live?+
Every live session is recorded: orientation, seven core classes, seven Fran Q&As, seven Lori Q&As and six guest workshops. You keep lifetime access to the recordings and included course resources.
What time are the live sessions?+
Core classes are Saturdays at 9:30 AM Pacific. Fran’s Q&A is Wednesdays at 12 PM Pacific. Lori’s Q&A alternates between 10 AM and 5 PM Pacific. Guest workshops are Thursdays at 6 PM Pacific. The full calendar above shows every date and includes a My time button that converts the schedule using your device time zone, including the Pacific daylight-saving change in November.
How do I get the Zoom links and reminders?+
After enrollment, use the Live Links + Calendar area in your student course to book the session family you want to attend. The Zoom link is sent when you book and again in the reminder emails. The student hub keeps the live links, calendar and support routes together.
What support and community are included?+
You have the live Q&A rooms, course support, a private Facebook group and a private Discord server for orientation, peer learning and reasonable course questions. These spaces are not private-reading or unlimited homework-marking services.

Can I pay in installments?+
Yes. The current standard installment route is 3 monthly payments of $148, for the same $444 total.
Does the 3-payment plan change what I receive?+
No. Pay in Full and 3 Monthly Payments unlock the same Sky Reader 7.0 course access, live season, recordings and included resources. The difference is only how you pay.
When do I get course access after I enroll?+
Course access follows a successful enrollment. If you already have an account on this teaching site, choose Sign In when checkout prompts you. If you are new, choose Sign Up and use the email connected to your purchase.
What if I pay but do not see the course?+
First make sure you are logged in with the email used for the purchase, then open lorilothian.com/sky-reader-7. If access still does not appear, do not purchase again. Email support so the team can verify the enrollment and route you correctly.
What if the standard payment options genuinely do not work for me?+
The published routes are the standard ones. If a genuine practical barrier is the only thing keeping a well-fit student out, support can review whether a limited approved alternative or tuition assistance is available. It is private, case-by-case and not guaranteed. You do not need to send a hardship essay. Email the team with the practical amount or cadence you can sustain.
I studied with Lori on Podia. Is this the same login?+
No. Sky Reader 7.0 lives in Lori’s newer teaching home. Your old Podia password does not automatically carry over. Use the email connected to your Sky Reader enrollment and create or sign in to the newer student account.
